Just a heads up to all you competitive souls...we will be picking teams for the 4th annual sports medicine decathlon with Joey and Sarah at the end of varsity practice. The teams will be announced on Tuesday. The first competition will be the flag football game at the Kempton's cabin. Red v. Blue!!!
